I moved to Silver City with my husband Jim in June 1995 from the Phoenix area. I always thought I was a big town kind of girl until I got here. I love the weather, the endless silhouettes of the mountains, the big blue sky and the simplicity of a small town. Jim and I have owned Coldwell Banker Enchantment Realty for about 15 years. I’ve been the property manager for the last 10 years. My career before Real Estate was in the medical field. My biggest success is being a mother of two wonderful boys, James 23 and Taylor 18. The biggest love in my life is my husband Jim. We’ve been married almost 25 years and have been working together in this business for 15 years. In my spare time, I enjoy working out, playing golf and just being home with my family. I think Silver City has a lot to offer for all ages!! So come check it out! Our wonderful agents would love to show you around and maybe even find you the home of your dreams! |

Linda moved to Silver City, New Mexico in October of 2000 to enjoy the outdoors and country lifestyle. She chose Silver City for its fresh air, outdoor activities, historic downtown, cultural activities, small University and fine weather.Becoming a Realtor seemed liked a perfect fit since she understands what most Buyers are concerned about. “I understand what a person goes through when they relocate to a new town and I assist them in making the transition. I’ve done it myself and understand all of their concerns.” Linda uses her previous Project Management skills in her Real Estate business. Being organized, detailed oriented, and possessing negotiation and conflict management skills is a real plus when buying and selling homes. Check out her blog at: http://activerain.com/blogs/lindaferrara where she covers the Silver City area and Home Buying and Selling. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, hiking, camping and cooking. On the second Saturday of the month, she can be seen keeping score at the Gila Rangers Cowboy Action Shooting Range. Interested? Check them out at: www.gilarangers.com |

Prior to arriving in Silver City in 2002, my wife, Jealyn, and I lived in Tucson and had 25-year careers in the industrial and construction supply businesses. We had worked and vacationed in Silver City for years, and when we sold our business, New Mexico seemed like a logical place to land. In Arizona, I had enjoyed buying and renovating properties; I was intrigued by trying to uncover the hidden value, and then maximizing it. Whether the piece was commercial or residential, I tried always look beyond the curb to determine that any property would also be a good value going forward. My years of working with contractors has given me an insight into construction techniques. I particularly enjoy working with energy efficient, sustainable building products and platforms. Being on the Continental Divide and close to over 3 million acres of forestlands, we gravitate toward and appreciate camping, hiking, rafting and exploring. We have two grown children and we watch the sun come up every morning with “Rocky, the Wonder Dog.” |

I have been a full time Realtor in Silver City since 2004. During that period, my sales results have been consistently in the top 10 of all realtors in our MLS. My first career as a credit union manager in Wisconsin has enabled me to close real estate transactions which might have otherwise fallen apart. Having grown up in a dairy farm family, l learned first hand the value of hard work (as well as where not to step!). For my customers I focus, listen, and follow through. Getting results is important to me. Before settling in Silver City, my husband George (a Forest Service retiree) and I traveled the US for five years in an RV. George and I volunteered for Habitat for Humanity and participated in building Habitat homes across the country. We visited some great places, but Silver City is where we chose to launch our “second lives.” Contact me and I will happy to show you why Silver City is the place to live. |
