Do you need a rental?
Our rental list below is updated semi-weekly.
To get started: You
will need to fill out an application and pay a $20 non-refundable
processing fee. The processing fee is due when the application is
turned in. Next, we will check your references and conduct a background
check. Once you are approved we will charge first months rent plus a
security deposit.
- Security Deposit: Same as the Rent.
- Rental History: WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY RENTING A PROPERTY TO A POTENTIAL RENTER DUE TO LACK OF GOOD RENTAL HISTORY!
